About

Mobbin is an MCP connector that gives the Sazabi agent tools to search real-world design inspiration and reference screens from the world's largest mobile and web UI library. Mobbin's hosted MCP server authenticates via OAuth 2.0 with dynamic client registration (RFC 7591) and PKCE. Once connected, agents can query individual screens, multi-step flows, and website landing page sections across top iOS, Android, and web applications.

What the agent can do:

  • Search individual mobile and web UI screens by keyword, app, and interface element
  • Search multi-step user journeys such as onboarding, checkout, and verification flows
  • Search website sections including landing page hero areas, pricing tables, and footers
  • Access low-resolution previews for agent reasoning and high-resolution screenshot URLs

Prerequisites

  • An active Mobbin account on a Pro Plan, Team Plan, or Enterprise Plan (Mobbin requires a paid subscription to access its MCP server)
  • Permission to authorize third-party OAuth applications in your Mobbin account

Set up in the dashboard

Configure connectors in the dashboard under Settings > MCP connectors.

Authorize

Start the connection; Sazabi redirects you to Mobbin to authorize, then redirects you back.

Set up with the CLI

You can also connect Mobbin with the Sazabi CLI (installed and authenticated — see sazabi mcp-connectors reference).

Mobbin authenticates over OAuth, so the CLI opens a browser to complete authorization:

sazabi mcp-connectors connect mobbin

Add --read-only to restrict the connector to read-only tools, or --project-id <project> to target a specific project. In --json mode the command prints the authorization attempt, including the URL to open, without polling for completion. Confirm the result with sazabi mcp-connectors list.

Verify

Open the connector's connection page under Settings > MCP connectors and confirm Sazabi lists the tools it discovered (search_screens, search_flows, search_sections). Then, in a thread, ask the agent to search Mobbin for design inspiration and confirm it runs.

Troubleshooting

No tools discovered — Disconnect and reconnect from Settings > MCP connectors to restart the OAuth flow.

Connection shows needs attention — The authorization may have expired or been revoked; reconnect from Settings > MCP connectors.
