Skip an onboarding task

Record an organization-wide skip for an optional onboarding task. The skip is shared across surfaces and teammates; completing the task through any door still outranks a recorded skip. Idempotent — re-skipping keeps the original skip record.

The onboarding task to skip. Only optional onboarding cards backed by the organization skip ledger are skippable; setup tasks and the remaining onboarding cards are rejected.
