List log queries

List the project's stored log queries, newest first: every logs.ask question that ran a query and every spec run with logs.executeQuery. Runs of an earlier query by its queryId are not listed; each names the query it ran as parentId and is read with logs.queries.get. Items carry no spec; read one with logs.queries.get.
